Generic Propecia – Function and Dysfunction
Finpecia (Generic Propecia) is applied for the treatment of hair loss. However, this drug is made for the men only. Safety and efficacy are demonstrated in men between 18 to 41 years of age with mild to moderate hair loss of the vertex and anterior mid-scalp area. It can increase hair growth and prevent further hair loss. The active ingredient Finpecia (Finasteride), blocks the formation of DHT, and gives the hair follicles an opportunity to recover and grow.

PROPECIA(プロペシア) tablets for oral administration contain 1 mg of finasteride and the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinized starch, sodium starch glycolate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose LF, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, talc, docusate sodium, yellow ferric oxide, and red ferric oxide.
Precautions
1. It lowers readings of the PSA screening test for prostate cancer, so make sure the doctor knows you are taking Finpecia (Generic Propecia).
2. You must not stop taking this medicine without consulting with your doctor.
3. Stopping this medicine will result in a return within one year to the same amount of baldness as when you started.
4. The women must keep themselves away from using this drug, particularly when they are pregnant. If a woman who is pregnant with a male baby absorbs the active ingredient in the drug, it may cause abnormalities of a male baby’s sex organs.
5. It may take several months for the Finpecia to work.
Side effects
Although the drug is used in hair treatment. However, it also contains some sort of side effects. A number of males have suffered erectile dysfunction, impotence, low libido and gynecomestica after using Propecia(プロペシア). The shattering truth for these males is that the side effects remain after ceasing finasteride. It is not know exactly what causes these changes and how to screen individuals before treatment.
It also may cause allergic reactions including rash, itching, hives and swelling of the lips and face. Some other problems are problems with ejaculation and breast tenderness and enlargement.
